One plan. £149 a month.
500 minutes of answered calls included, which is more than most one-to-five-person firms use. No setup fee, no VAT added, cancel any time, and your number and data are always yours to take with you.
For our first 10 founding clients, the price is held for 12 months. No VAT added. Prefer we set it up for you? Request a callback.
No meter running
Some answering services charge you by the minute, so the busier you get, the more you pay to have your own calls answered. We do not. You pay one price for the month, and Daisy keeps answering even in a month that runs past the 500 minutes included. Minutes above the allowance are only charged if we have agreed it with you in writing first.
Nothing added without asking
£149 is the monthly price. Nothing is added to it unless we have agreed it with you in writing first.
One monthly price
Billed per business, not per call and not per seat. You know exactly what it costs before the month starts.
500 minutes, fair use
We tell you if you get near 500 minutes, and Daisy keeps answering while we sort it out with you.

What is the return for a one-van business?
It comes down to two numbers: what an average job is worth to you, and how many calls you currently miss. The plan does not have to save many jobs to pay for itself.
34% of UK tradespeople say they have lost work because they could not get to the phone, and 60% struggle to answer while they are on a job (Fix Radio survey of UK tradespeople).
72% of people are likely to go with the business that responds first, so a missed call is usually a job that goes to whoever answered (Moneypenny 2026 research).
We break the full sum down in what a missed call actually costs a UK tradesperson. Or run the sum on your own numbers with the 60-second missed-call check.
A worked example
- Your average job
- £250
- Calls you miss a week
- 3
- If just one a month books
- +£250
- Callyard
- £149/mo
One recovered job most months covers the plan. Your numbers will differ. This is an illustration to show how the sum works, not a promise of results.
Everything is yours, including on the day you leave
There is no long contract and no exit fee. If Callyard stops being useful, you cancel, and you walk away with your phone number, your tracked numbers, your booked-job history and your call data intact. We would rather keep earning the next month than trap you in this one.
- Monthly rolling, cancel any time
- First month refunded if you ask within 30 days, less any service credit paid
- Keep your number and any tracked numbers
- Take your booked-job history and call data with you
- No exit fee, no data held hostage
Pricing questions
No. It is one flat monthly price of £149 billed per business, not per minute and not per call. Minutes above the allowance are only charged if we have agreed it with you in writing first.
500 minutes of answered calls a month are included, which is more than most one-to-five-person firms use. We tell you when you reach 400, and Daisy keeps answering past 500 while we look at it together. Going over never switches Daisy off, and minutes above the allowance are only charged if we have agreed it with you in writing first.
There is no setup fee. We set Daisy up with you, and nothing is charged until she has passed 10 test calls on your own number.
No long tie-in. Callyard is monthly rolling, billed in advance, and you can cancel any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
No VAT is added. Callyard is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on top of £149.
You keep them. Your phone number, any tracked numbers we set up, your booked-job history and your call data are yours to take with you, including on the day you cancel. That portability is the point, and it is why we do not need a tie-in.
There is no free trial, and you pay nothing up front: Daisy answers 10 test calls on your own number with us before any charge. If you change your mind within 30 days of your first payment, ask and we refund the first month, less any service credit we have already paid you that month. You can also talk to Daisy in your browser right now, before you spend anything.
Our first 10 clients. For them, £149 a month is held for 12 months from the first paid day.
